Emgee has been an absolute blast to play Lancer with, I came into Lancer with barely any knowledge past what's written in the rulebook and he was able to get me up to speed nice and quickly, while also giving advice that helped me understand how to best upgrade my character and mechs in a way that matches my idea of how I'd want to be playing them. Utilizing all of the features of Foundry, he has gotten our group nice and immersed in the world of Lancer; with great usage of sounds and visuals to set the mood perfectly. All of this and not even mentioning the relaxed, fun atmosphere he has built up with our group; making game night feel like an absolute blast every time. I would wholeheartedly recommend Emgee if you're looking for a great introduction with the Lancer system and world.
