About me
Greetings! I’m Tonio, and storytelling is my greatest passion. I specialize in narrative games, with tons of drama, feeling, and cinematic narration. I work at ND Hobbies as a writer (and sometimes editor) for D&D and OSR Content -if you look for me in there, things will be published with my legal name, Mauricio R. C. I’ve been running RPGs for almost half my life. I’ve also participated in theater, taken voice acting courses with renowned professionals in Latin america, and won awards in both short story and poetry competitions. Spanish is my native language, but I have got a Cambridge Certificate for advanced English skills. I’ve also designed my own roleplaying games (See my Itchio page https://spooksong-studio.itch.io) I run the Doctor Who RPG, D&D 5E, some OSR Games, Vampire 20th, Werewolf 20th, Mage 20th and 2e, Changeling 20th, Wraith 20th, Hunter 1e, Fate, some indie games, and more. Narrative is my speciality, and I run games in the style of Critical Role, with emphasis on character, storytelling, and a world that feels alive. My games are always full of twists, big character moments, and worlds crafted with meticulous care.

Tonio has a unique way with words, everything he writes screams a lover of classic literature and all the unique wording that comes with. Passionate in the idea of books itself, he has been one of the most interesting GM's I have ever encountered in recent years. As it stands, I am in a Changeling the Dreaming with him as my GM, and the understanding, with his interest in celtic myth has made the entire experience engaging. His ability to delve into the subjects, and learn alongside us is stellar. I am happy to have encountered this lad, and hope you all enjoy his storytelling as much as I am!

Tonio is an excellent storyteller. When I played with him Vampire V20, it was incredible how he built the environment with a very precise description, amazing songs and very charismatic NPCs. The story I played was funny with a very good plot and an unpredictable end. I had a lot of funny hours playing with friends and enjoying the evolution of the story.
