How Tom "FenixFire" Memmott runs games
My GM style is character driven. My goal is to help you, as a player, feel heroic. I approach this goal through balanced and challenging combat encounters, grounded NPCs, and building settlements and organizations that bring my homebrewed settings to life. One of my GM superpowers in in the realm of roleplay and helping players get the most out of the character they have created. I frequently will ask thought-provoking questions of how your character feels when something related to their backstory or character interests comes into play, providing scaffolding for other players to reach out and connect with your character in enriching and rewarding ways. Perhaps my greatest strength in running TTRPGs is my unbridled creativity and unhinged ability to take a moment of levity and straight up absurdity and transition into a plot or lore moment that makes my players' jaws drop.
