About Tiny Kobold Hands
Hi there! My name is Jack Dion and I’m a relatively new Dungeon Master with about a year of experience running D&D 5e (2024 rule set ), and I absolutely love creating fun, memorable adventures for players of all kinds. I run games on Foundry VTT for online sessions and we’ll use Discord for voice. My style is flexible—I enjoy everything from lighthearted, whimsical campaigns to darker, more serious stories. Whether you’re brand new to D&D or a seasoned adventurer, you’re welcome at my table. I’m patient with new players, tolerant of different playstyles, and I take the time to provide custom quick-reference guides to help with character builds. I mix in both official content and homebrew, so every game has something familiar and something fresh. Most importantly, I aim to make the game inclusive and welcoming. I’m LGBTQIA+ friendly and believe everyone deserves a safe, supportive space to play and tell stories together. If you’re looking for a DM who’s excited to collaborate with you and help create stories you’ll remember, I’d love to roll some dice with you!

I became a GM because
I became a GM because I love storytelling and creating adventures that bring people together. Seeing players light up when their choices shape the story is what inspires me—I want every table to feel fun, inclusive, and unforgettable.
How Tiny Kobold Hands runs games
My games are all about balance and flexibility—I like to give players the chance to explore character-driven roleplay, dive into tactical combat when the stakes are high, and enjoy a mix of homebrew surprises alongside official content. I put a lot of effort into creating an atmosphere that fits the story we’re telling. That might mean leaning into lighthearted fun one session and then shifting into darker, more serious tones when the story calls for it. I enjoy weaving character backstories into the world so that players feel their choices and histories truly matter. New players can expect patience and guidance—I’m happy to explain rules, help with character options, and provide quick-reference materials. Experienced players can expect a collaborative storyteller who respects creative playstyles, encourages bold ideas, and enjoys improvising when you throw me a curveball. Most importantly, you can expect a safe, inclusive, and supportive space where we roll dice, tell stories, and build adventures together.

Tiny Kobold Hands's ideal table
My table is built around collaboration, creativity, and inclusivity. I want players to feel safe, welcomed, and excited to explore the story together, whether they’re brand new to D&D or seasoned adventurers with years of dice behind them. The vibe at my table shifts with the story: some sessions are lighthearted and full of laughter, while others may dive into darker, more serious themes where tension and stakes are high. I like to give players space to roleplay deeply, but also make sure combat feels tactical, fun, and rewarding. I encourage bold ideas and outside-the-box thinking—if you want to swing from the chandelier or try a wild plan, I’ll work with you to make it memorable. Players who fit best at my table are those who value both the group story and the fun of shared play. You don’t need to know every rule—I’m patient with new players and happy to guide you. What matters most is showing up ready to listen, contribute, and respect the boundaries we set together. At the end of the day, my table is about telling stories as a team, celebrating the cool moments, and making sure everyone leaves the session feeling like they mattered in the adventure.
