About me

My name is Ellie (she/her) and I am an avid D&D 5e player, turned DM. Primarily I am offering oneshots at this time but will begin offering campaigns in 2023. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜 I identify as queer and I strive to include LGBTQIA+ players/characters in my games. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜 I first started playing D&D 5e five years ago. 🤓 Then the pandemic in 2020 gave me the extra time to dip my toes in the DMing pool. I have been enjoying running games in person for friends as well as the local Adventurer’s League for the past two years now. I love D&D as a creative outlet and a place to flex my storytelling muscles.

GM Style

I was drawn to D&D as a creative outlet, for that reason I largely lean towards a “rule of cool” DM style. 😎 I am always open to hearing out why a player should get to try something crazy. The DC might be high but… you can almost always roll for it! I will refer back to rules as written but in general I prefer to interpret the intention of the rules and balancing that with creating fun for all! 📚 While D&D has its crunchy bits I lean away from getting caught up in the logistics to the point that the game and overall narrative is slowed down. My games are a good split of role play, combat, and puzzles. 🗣⚔️🧩 I do introduce a few home brew mechanics that I will disclose right at the start of the game (such as crit fail and crit success charts, as well as more ways to use DM inspiration). 🎲 These are meant to generate fun for everyone playing. 💥 If you decide to sit at my “table” you can expect goofy NPCs, ambiance, battle music, diverse combats, puzzles, clear narratives, and the chance to create great memories! ***First two players to book ANY of my listed games get 50% off!***
