Late into the night, Banjo doesn’t seem to be sleeping well. Almost audible words slipping from his mouth. As you look, his body lets out a tiny spasm. Small twitches, like little tugs, upwards. The thinnest gossamer threads seem to wisp into focus, mirroring those twitches. Strands, up and up and up till they are lost in the night sky, crowded by stars, observed by trees. Something blots out the starlight. A formless shape. “…die, alone” Banjo says in clear toned voice that does not possess his accented inflections. Snapping back to Banjo, the strands, immaterial are gone. The shadowed sky, crisp and unblemished. Banjo doesn’t seem to be sleeping well. Like spoopy stuff? Maybe feel something? Sah doods. I'm TD. You can call me Pod, or Machines if ya like and I started playing this game when I was 6. Back in the 2nd Ed and Advanced era, mind you. The GM turnstile has been spinning about 6 years. RP is big un. We get to pretend to be some else. How awesome is that? Tragedy. Horror. Wonder. Investigation. Intrigue. All that spells a good time. I do the voices. Lots. It should mean something. That translates into fewer straight up combat but not fewer encounters. Hiding from something clearly bigger and carrying a bigger stick and still needing to steal past it.
