How Tarasaur runs games
I work to give players a lot of freedom in how they approach things, offering suggestions for those who feel stuck in a situation. I always try to make sure each person gets a chance to shine and has a chance to speak and do their thing, so even a quiet player feels like they can participate. I encourage teamwork and communication.
