About Tal
I'm Shay, mostly called Tal in online circles (they/them), 30, and from Germany. I'm a non-binary ADHD queer chaos goblin who loves TTRPGs. I started DMing last year in June and have been running a weekly campaign ever since, started a second weekly campaign in March and a third one last month. I'm disabled and unable to work outside my home right now, so I'm pouring my remaining energy into roleplay and dicemaking. My table is a safe space and the well-being of my players comes first. My golden rule: I am with my players, not against them.

How Tal runs games
All my games have turned out to be focussed on telling a compelling and exciting story with my players. I love roleplay, but you'll find combat as well (I am still learning to run balanced and engaging encounters). I love crafting detailed worlds and NPCs, make a lot of my own maps and art. I'm probably not the best at voicing NPCs but my roleplay isn't all that bad (as far as I've heard). I love intrigue, uncovering secrets, and plot twists - I think I DM like some people write fantasy novels. I will hardly ever railroad though, if I feel my players want to take a different direction, off the rails we go!
