Alex Teplitz (he/they) is a queer writer, artist, editor, game designer, TTRPG content creator and gender wizard based in Los Angeles. They write games, stories, and worlds about queer communities, monstrosity, divinity, and healing. Alex is dedicated to making gaming spaces safer by prioritizing player agency and collaborative storytelling!

GM style

I'm a narrative-focused GM who works with my players to build story based on what their characters bring to the table. Silly accents and jokes have as much of a place at my table as dramatic or somber moments. I especially love indie tabletop games, horror-fantasy, found family, and telling empowering queer stories. I prioritize immersive worldbuilding, from rich setting narration, to detailed mapmaking, to custom NPC art. Environment details and dynamic combat mechanics will help your character shine, mechanically and in roleplay!
