Hello, and thanks for taking a look at my profile. I've been running games my entire adult life, and I've been playing professionally for three years now. I'm a theatrical professional and published author, and while I try to bring that creative power to the games I run, I believe first and foremost in the collaborative power of this medium. It's important to me that everyone is involved in creating a unique experience for every table. I love working with different systems, and playing across multiple genres - I've done Pratchett-esque high fantasy, grimdark sci-fi horror, historical monster-of-the-week. . . I've run the gamut of gaming styles and types. Also, I'm real fun and friendly. Just sayin'
I love crafting stories with people, and how we go about that can vary wildly! I love talking with people about the kinds of games they like to play and working to fit in with that type of game. I tend to think of my position as GM more as a theatrical director of an improv troupe - giving players a chance to shine, in whatever form they want to, is a key part of the gaming experience. Whether it's letting that high-charisma bard negotiate with the pirate captain, or helping that min-maxed paladin/fighter multiclass deal over 140 points of damage, every player deserves a chance to have fun at the table. If there is a game style or genre that you don't see supported here, still feel free to reach out, as I love learning and utilizing new systems to get that specific vibe that your group craves for their next game.
