About me

I may be only 19 years old, but I cracked open my first PHB at 7. It was my dad's old one, so I didn't even have a group - I just saw a world of potential and dove right in. I was making characters by the time I was 8, and played my first game when I was about 10. [It was one-on-one with my dad. Those goblins never stood a chance!] The first time I joined a group, it was at my local game store - and it felt magical. I could pretend to be someone else for 3 hours and not worry about anything except a critical fail? Sign me up! I started to run a little before I turned 13. It felt like I was a whole video game, and the other players were doing all the stories - except, there's no set ends. They could say whatever they wanted, there were no mechanics saying they couldn't climb that wall, and I could come up with the result of trying to eat the magic ring. It was an amazing adventure. Now, fast-forwards. I've somehow become an adult. It feels crazy to say, but hey, I made it! By the power of dice and fictional men, or something. Anyway! I'm a college student with several passions, but I do have a decent amount of time on my hands. I would love to support myself while helping others into their own adventures.
