About me

Greetings and Salutations! I go by Greg, or Rune. Yes, my avatar here is a dragon. I mean, it's Dungeons and Dragon! You need a dragon at all times. I have about eight years of running D&D games and two years of running PF2e. I have also delved into Call of Cthulhu, a few White Wolf games, and Paranoia. Usually, I run my games solely on FoundryVTT. I am now getting into Ember which is being made by FoundryVTT. My goal is to run a paid game using this. While I do love to run games, I also go to school for Computer Science.

GM Style

I am told I am usually a fairly laid-back and easy going DM. I enjoy when everyone gets into the spirit of the game, be it combat and Role Play. I am quite open about my rolls unless the rules say otherwise. This means I will not fudge the numbers which can be both good or bad. Many PCs and villains have perished due to this! I will also be mindful of the group's desires. If a scene is making everyone satisfied, you'll be kept in it as long as the group wants to be. Role Play is great. Perhaps my voices are not the best, but I try to give every NPC their own voice. I also enjoy combat and enjoy playing each creature/npc/etc. as I feel they should be played given their information, story, etc. Your characters can influence my stories and change the direction of the games. I feel the story should be about the group, their growth, their struggles, and the overall adventure that you all make of it.
