Rules are...
Guidelines. I try to follow the rules as written until it limits the creativity of the game; then Rule of Cool takes over within game balance reasons. If your character wants to swing from the ropes on the mast of the ship and knock the enemy off the boat, we will make that happen.
When it comes to voices
Players feel free to use voices. Upfront and honest, I’m not good at it, but I will occasionally try. I certainly encourage you to do it.
