Hi I am Retry, I do like running games for my friends and share stories together, this platform allows us all to find the right people to share stories with. I am a dual language guy (English and Czech). I have started with Draci Doupe 1.5 system ages ago :D. For last 4 years I am running D&D 5e and recently started with D&D 5.5 (One D&D). I do like Rule of Cool when the time is right, and there is no need for super optimized builds in my games, IE play characters not number crunching machines. Though character death may occur at times.

GM Style

Roleplay is great and supported. Do you want to do voices ? Go for it, I do them as well. Do you need to kill everything? No. I do revard non lethal solutions in a same way as lethal ones. New player? Great we do like new players in the hobby. No super optimization is needed, no healer? No problem. Now, there are two kinds of power gamers, one is a great team player that makes characters to supplement the party, help newbies and enjoy the story. This one I love. then there is the one who wants to be best at everything and better then anyone, this one has no place in my games. I do not usually go by allignement with Player characters, as this may hamper roleplay, looking at you lawfull stupid paladin. Though if the group is good guys overall there should not be black sheep as they say and vice versa. Party does need to have reason to work together. Phrase: this is what my character would can not be used to break the game. Metagaming is bad in general but there are instances when it is welcome (yes everyone knows that wampire does not like day light etc). Super Edgelords are not welcomed. Though Bit of a dark and tragic character is not a problem as long as he/she/it works together with the group. Players needs to respect others, for me it does not matter if yu are of a minority origin, straight, queer or a religious all are welcome. I am open to constructive criticism. And we can allways discuss matters after game. Do I ban anything gamewise? Yes in case of D&D Silvery Barbs will not run ever it is spell that breaks the game. And it would not be fair for me to use it against my players. Non game bans: Racism, misogyny, homopfobia, politics. :D Yes real world politics have no place in syfy or fantasy. I do have my opinions and we can talk politics before or after games but not in game. PVP is allowed when agreed by all affected players, though no spell or ability will allow one player control over other players character beyond couple of direct combat spells when agreed and for a limited time. Last but not least I as a DM run the world and bad guys and npcs but it is not Player vs DM. I am not here to destroy you unless you do break the rules. Actions have consequences. I can make ruling mistakes, that happens to the best of us and I am happy to be reminded but no discussion during the game will occur. Also please do not look up monster stat blocks if I have goblin with finger of death spell then it s goblin with finger of death spell.
