About me
I've been running games for about 18 years. In that time I've run everything from stock adventure modules to very long running custom campaigns. I'll teach you to play the game you've signed up for, if you need the help. I'll give you new and interesting stories to tell for years in the future. I'll drag you down with the weight of your failures and lift you up with the glory of your triumphs. I offer: A wide variety of NPC's Mystery, intrigue, drama, and story! GM Style
I lean towards roleplay over rollplay, but I am also quite happy to sit down with some nice crunchy tactical combat. If you're the type of player who likes to see their choices and actions really matter in game, I always strive to provide that experience. In general you can expect me to be pretty laid back and prefer the Rule of Cool. I particularly love to be collaborative with my players when it comes to history, or even worldbuilding.

Dan is a phenomenal GM to play with. He’s engaging, creative, adaptable, and immersive—the campaign I’m in right now is so full of interesting and fun NPCs to interact with, and tons of little mysteries on top of the main plot. Getting to play in the world he’s created is a real treat, and it’s been amazing getting to know my own character’s place in it in the process since he leaves plenty of room to explore. He’s provided an even better experience than I expected, and I’m glad my first experience with StartPlaying has been with Dan as GM.
