How Sam runs games
I am a narrative-first GM who loves weaving character-driven stories full of heart, humour, and high-stakes drama. Most of my experience is with D&D 5e (primarily in Exandria and Planescapes), but I’m super excited to dive into Daggerheart and explore everything the system has to offer. I believe the best games are built together—so whether you’re a seasoned dice-slinger or brand new to the table, I’m here to help you shine. I draw inspiration from storytelling greats like Liam O’Brien, Brennan Lee Mulligan, and Luis Carazo, and I aim to create a world that feels alive, responsive, and deeply collaborative.

I welcome players of all experience levels, from total beginners to seasoned veterans. What matters most is curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to help shape the story. Proactive, character-driven play is the dream, but I’ll always meet you where you are and help you grow. Inclusivity is non-negotiable. Bigotry of any kind has no place at my table. I strive to create a welcoming space where folks from marginalized communities can feel safe, seen, and empowered to be their full, authentic selves.
