About Neutromancer

Hi, I’m Sergio (aka “Neutromancer”)! I’ve been roleplaying and GMing for years, and I enjoy helping players find the kind of tabletop experience that clicks for them. I like both sides of the RPG spectrum: story-driven games full of character moments and improvisation, and more structured, tactical systems with clear rules and fair challenges. I run each system in the style it’s built for, adapting to the group while keeping the experience smooth and engaging. I’ve run a wide range of systems over the years, including Rifts, GURPS, Fate, Blade Runner, Traveller, D&D, and Pathfinder 2E. I enjoy how different rulesets shape play, and I aim to find the right balance of story and strategy that keeps everyone involved.

How Neutromancer runs games

My GMing philosophy centers on clear, engaging play. Whether the focus is tactical combat or freeform storytelling, I want players to feel involved in every moment and confident in their choices. I run fair challenges with clear stakes, so victories feel earned and setbacks push the story forward. I keep the game moving so no one gets stuck waiting around, and I make sure every player has chances to contribute and shine. I’m comfortable running games by the book for players who enjoy learning and mastering the rules, or with a more flexible, cinematic approach when the group prefers a faster pace. If something isn’t working at the table, I adjust to keep the game flowing.

My table is structured, respectful, and easy to follow, especially for newer players. I explain rules clearly, keep the pace steady, and make sure everyone gets time in the spotlight. Players who enjoy learning the game, working as a team, and making meaningful choices will fit in well. You don’t need system mastery—just a willingness to engage and try things out. The overall vibe is relaxed but focused: we joke around, but when it’s time to play, we keep things moving and stay engaged with the game.
