Hello there! I'm MythicPalette. First, thanks for stopping by my page and considering me as your DM. My games have a focus on the story and roleplay. I want you to leave each session feeling like you experienced a great tale. Whether it be a comedy, or a tragedy, I'm here to help you tell it. I love the creativity that TTRPGs allow. Every session is a chance for something truly special. I love interesting solutions and unexpected ideas. While I do think rules are important, the Rule of Cool is the most important! Got a unique way to avoid that combat encounter or solve a puzzle? I want to see those ideas thrive.

GM Style

It's your story, I'm here to help you write it. As a DM, I aim to give you plenty of roleplay opportunities and an immersive world to explore. I believe that it's my job to bring the world to life but also to give you the freedom to tell your story within it. Every character should feel alive in the world. They have a backstory that says how they ended up here and they have a motive for starting out on this quest. Each character has their own personality and goals. Whether those goals are for glory in combat or heartfelt and meaningful, I try to incorporate that into every game. Combat is great but player agency is better! I try to design my encounters to be open-ended so your creativity can thrive. Sure, goblins might attack in the middle of the night... but why? Can they be reasoned with? Do you even want to reason with them? Combat is always an option but rarely forced. Keeping it moving is something I think is important. I like to push the story forward and keep everyone on pace. Sure, you have a moment to stop and think about how you respond to the shady merchant in the market place, but take too long and they might get impatient, making it harder to bargain with them. With a little amateur voice acting, a love for storytelling, and maybe some shenanigans in the wide world, what story will I help you tell?
