About Leo the LoreWolfe

I’m Leo Wolfe — a high-fantasy worldbuilder and Dungeon Master with over 10 years of Dungeons & Dragons experience, including 8 years behind the screen. I’ve run everything from focused one-shots to full epic campaigns that begin at level 1 and grow into something legendary. While I’ve played and run published adventures such as Curse of Strahd and Tomb of Annihilation, I specialise in custom-built worlds where player choices shape factions, politics, and long-term consequences. By profession, I’m a facilitator and systems thinker — and I bring that same clarity and intentional structure into my games: • Clear expectations and a focused Session Zero • Balanced spotlight time • Tactical combat with meaningful stakes • Player agency with real impact • Stories that build, evolve, and resolve For StartPlaying, I’m currently offeringone-shots and tightly structured 4-session cinematic arcs — complete heroic stories designed to deliver momentum, consequence, and satisfying resolution. If you’re looking for classic heroic fantasy run professionally, you’re in the right place.

How Leo the LoreWolfe runs games

My table is cinematic, immersive, and driven by meaningful choice. I run story-forward games where character decisions shape outcomes, reputations shift, and consequences carry weight. I care about narrative momentum and pacing, but I’m also a firm believer in the rule of cool — if something is bold, creative, and dramatically satisfying, I will lean toward what makes the story better. I primarily run theatre of the mind, supported by maps, visual scenes, and ambient audio to anchor immersion. Combat is tactical and purposeful, designed to challenge without dragging. Whether we’re running a balanced heroic arc or something far more unforgiving, encounters are built to serve the story and reward creative play. I trust my players to know how their characters work. You’re the expert on your abilities — I’ll adjudicate the world. That mutual trust keeps the game flowing and the spotlight shared. Optimisers, storytellers, and hybrid players are all welcome. I design campaigns around the group at the table, not a single rigid philosophy. At my table, you can expect: • Strong pacing and preparation • Space for roleplay without pressure • Tactical combat that rewards creativity • Rule of cool rulings in service of great moments • Respectful, collaborative table culture If you enjoy immersive fantasy where drama, tension, and creativity coexist — you’ll fit right in.

Nice, but not neccesary

Leo the LoreWolfe's ideal table

I love players who are invested in cooperative storytelling, but I can adapt to most play styles. During session zero we decide if you want a meat grinder or more civilised play. Murder Hobos welcome as long as the entire party agrees.
