About me
I've played D&D for 8 years and have been GM'ing for 4 of those and it has become one of my dearest pursuits to become better at it. To run great, inclusive, fun, meaningful and safe games for everyone that I'm lucky enough to have at my table. My passions are telling epic adventures, heart-wrenching tragedies, gut-busting comedies, and heartwarming tales using collaborative storytelling.
GM Style
🔹I typically like to run my games following the hierarchy of: Story first, Rules second, and plenty of Shenanigans third. 🔹I believe the dice help tell the story, but also I want players at my table to feel cool (you're playing heroes for pity's sake), so I encourage and appreciate the Rule of Cool when it's planned in advance and or supports the story. 🔹I love roleplay, especially between PC's and will make time for that if that is something others enjoy. 🔹I try and do character voices as much as possible and encourage others to try new things, though I do not make it a requirement. It's just about having fun and immersing yourself in the story! I enjoy tactical combat and especially creative ideas in and out of combat. ⚔️I strive to make a safe, inclusive, and fun environment for all at my table!⚔️

Leo is a GM who truly understands how to bring a campaign to life. I joined his Dragons of Icespire Peak game after it had already started, and he did an amazing job of integrating my character and their backstory into the ongoing narrative. It felt organic and exciting, not forced. He's also great at clarifying rules in a way that keeps the game flowing. Leo's clearly passionate about D&D and creating a great experience for his players.

This GM's plot and detail to story really make sessions interesting and cohesive, not like running through pointless dungeons for gold or an item, he genuinely makes the lore and story behind the games the main focus which is really entertaining and makes for great games!!

Leo has been the GM for most of the campaigns I’ve played in for a little over 5 years and he’s the best I’ve ever had! I have played with him as a new player and as an experienced one and as both he is amazing at pushing you to be better as well as encouraging you where you are. Collaborating with him on character creation, backstory (and secrets), and potential storylines is always amazing, he will do everything he can to make your ideas work in the story!

Leo is a fantastic GM! I wish I could select more than just three of these tags to describe him, because he has many more than just those three qualities! Along with being a terrific story teller, teacher, and creative; he's also inclusive, knows the rules and still follows the rule of cool (to a degree).
