The year is 20XX. A dark era in which mankind is pushed to the brink of a catastrophe! …No, sorry, the year 20XX is pretty much exactly what you’d expect it to be. But maybe we can change that with a pencil, a sheet of paper, and some dice! I'm Lana Hex, a trans-girl who uses she/her pronouns. I have eight years of tabletop playing experience, but collectively I've only got about one year of Game Master-ing experience. I'm relatively new to the scene, but hopefully you'll give me a chance and, if nothing else, allow me to begin to gather the necessary experience I need! Like many, I started in the realm of Fifth Edition Dungeons & Dragons. But after that, it was merely down the rabbit hole for me as I delved into the world of tabletop games. Monsterhearts, Monster of the Week, Call of C'thulu... I was pretty quickly introduced to many stories being told in real time in so many different settings! I aim to create a table atmosphere that is LGBTQIA+ inclusive, beginner friendly, and a setting where you know your voice will be heard. These are your stories as much as they are mine, and your ideas will not be overlooked. YOU will not be overlooked. Whether you're a veteran player willing to give this newbie a chance or a beginner looking to find someone to learn alongside, please consider pulling up a chair, grabbing some dice and helping to tell the next best story. I can't promise there'll be pizza, though.

GM Style

While I strive to provide a tailored experience that fits the desires of all the players at my table, I do have my own preferred ways to GM. I prefer the role-play and story aspects of TTRPGs over the usually number-crunchy combat most systems lean towards. (Which might explain my affinity for Monster of the Week lol). I love to provide a plethora of NPCs for you to interact with, giving them voices and personalities that totally aren't made-up on the spot no I am a very serious and professional DM Greg the Guard was not spur of the moment what do you mean. I'll do my best to provide cool fight scenes and badass moments when I can, but if you're someone who likes seeing characters bounce off of each other during the slow moments, my style might be more your cup of cocoa. Additionally, there may be certain instances during games where I ask the players to provide me with location names, descriptions, and the like. I want to give the players the opportunity to craft the world just as much as I do! As I said before, this is your story just as much as it is mine.
