About me

Hello! My name is Jordan - though I often go by Jay - and I am a 32 year old male (he/him) from Ontario Canada. I have been an avid gamer all of my life, and was first introduced to D&D around the age of 10 by some friends in my home town. It wasn't long before I became a Dungeon Master myself, running games of my own, and my love for D&D - and soon other TTRPG's - continued to grow. While I love playing these games as a player, I have always found myself most comfortable in the DM seat where I get the opportunity to entertain incredible people. I look forward to playing with you!

GM Style

When it comes to GMing, I believe myself to be a mixed bag. I love roleplaying, combat, and exploration in equal measure. In my campaigns I strive to weave a compelling story that heavily involves the characters and their backstories, doing my utmost to intertwine them into the world and story being told. I enjoy creating complex NPCs with powerful motives and goals in an effort to create a dynamic world for my players to interact with and/or struggle against. When it comes to the crunchier side of TTRPGs, such as combat and exploration, I aim to keep things streamlined and fast paced while giving my players ample opportunities to utilize their abilities and features. My aim in every game is to give each player - and their characters - moments to shine in the spotlight, while also providing a compelling challenge and interesting world to interact with. I am always open and available to conversing with my players, be it about their characters, the campaign, providing feedback, or anything else.
