About Ivy
I have a lifelong fascination with story telling, especially interactive and immersive narratives, and I love to bring that passion to life at the gaming table. I'm focused on making fun, safe, and unique experiences for players. I can serve up a fresh take on a published adventure, or by make something up just for you! To give you an idea of what flavor of nerd I am: I learned to read on Xenozoic Tales (aka Cadillacs & Dinosaurs) comics, my favorite movies are Pacific Rim and Tremors, and I still have the entire Beast Wars series on DVD. My top 3 video game series are Mass Effect, Saints Row, and Resident Evil. How Ivy runs games
I focus a lot on building worlds and populating them with interesting characters. While I am not necessarily a stickler for rules, I do like to use tactical maps so that everyone is on the same page about where things are in combat.
