About CaptainLemon
As a Game Master, I’m very much a beer-and-pretzels kind of GM. I’m here for laughs, wild ideas, and the kind of moments people are still joking about weeks later. If the table is smiling, engaged, and leaning forward to see what happens next, I’m doing my job right. Expect banter, unexpected chaos, and situations where the story takes a sharp left turn because someone had a ridiculous but brilliant idea. I follow the rule of cool above all else. Rules are tools, not shackles, and if the rules-as-written start getting in the way of a good time, I’m more than happy to bend them—or quietly ignore them. Cinematic moments, clever problem-solving, and bold character choices will always get priority over strict mechanical precision. If it sounds awesome and fits the spirit of the scene, I’ll usually find a way to make it work. That said, the goal isn’t randomness for its own sake—it’s fun with momentum. I aim for a game that moves, breathes, and reacts to the players’ choices rather than stopping to argue over edge cases. If you like a table where creativity is rewarded, shenanigans are encouraged, and the dice are there to add tension instead of paperwork, you’ll probably feel right at home here.

How CaptainLemon runs games
Welcome to a game where your backstory isn’t just flavor—it’s the fuel for the adventure. In my world, the NPCs know your name (sometimes a little too well), your choices carry real weight, and the plot bends to your epic, chaotic, and occasionally questionable decisions. My games are all about the Rule of Cool—if it’s awesome, clever, or downright hilarious, we’ll make it work. Want to leap off a rooftop, land on a dragon, and challenge it to a pun duel? Let’s roll for it. Got a tragic backstory you’re itching to unravel? You bet that old family heirloom you’re carrying has some mysterious magical curse waiting to be discovered. The world we’ll explore together isn’t static—it’s alive and kicking. Your choices shape the story, for better or worse (and let’s be honest, it’s usually a bit of both). That tavern you set on fire? It’s rebuilding. That shopkeeper you befriended? They might just show up later with a side quest or a casserole. Oh, and here’s the kicker—in these games, if you can make me laugh, you earn a Hero Point. Trust me, it’s easier than you think (though don’t get too cocky). If you’re ready for a game where your creativity takes center stage, your backstory matters, and the world feels like it’s reacting to your every move, you’ve found the right GM. Let’s create a tale full of laughs, drama, and moments that make you shout, “Wait, WHAT?!”
