About me
I am a GM with almost 40 years of experience. I've run most editions of Dungeons & Dragons, including 5th Edition. I specialise in D&D 5e, Dungeon Crawl Classics, Mutant Crawl Classics and Wierd Frontiers. I run player led games and never say no to a great idea or madcap solution from the players. I have over 5000 hours logged in Roll20 and a similar amount with other Virtual Tabletop applications such as Fantasy Grounds and Foundry. I have hosted games as a GM at Gen Con and Gary Con (both virtual), all of Goodman Games Cyclops Cons and also UK Games Expo and Tabletop Scotland. My preference is to run one off "one shot" adventures for players who need a bit of fun or a GM for a special occasion. I provide all Virtual Tabletop access, voice and video access and pre-generated characters if needed.
GM Style
I run player led, exciting games. I swear by the rule of cool. If you can explain to me what you want to do and how you want to do it then I'll always let you try. I prefer systems where the rules get out of way and let the players and the GM riff off each other. Most importantly, I believe that having fun is more important than anything else.

MArk is great at going with the flow regardless of what is thrown at him. He gives the players enough rope to sting themselves up with or to make a massive cat's cradle that will let them deal with the latest horror he has thrown at them. Allowing players to kick around in his stories and not worry about any railway tracks is a real talent of Marks.

I’ve been involved in countless campaigns with Mark as GM and honestly he’s amazing. When I first joined I didn’t have a clue what to expect but he was able to break everything down into manageable chunks and was very patient with me and the other newbies in the group. Now we tend to play a variety of systems and modes and Mark is great at bringing each one to life (voices, world building etc.). Not only that but he actively encourages players to get creative and you wouldn’t believe half the nonsense we got up to. My favourite moments have been on the DCC (Dungeon Crawl Classics) system as I find that easiest to work with and the madness of trying to defeat a giant spider with a duck and a handful of soil, after breaking my trowel, was especially fun. Can’t recommend him high enough.
