About me
A focus on fun! I am a parent of 3 boys. My oldest in 2021 asked to play and was hooked on TTRPG's since. We have a blast in our home games. This experience brought back memories of playing D&D 3.5 in the community college cafeteria. A too short lived experience but super memorable. I have come to love new systems and have played a lot with Monster of the Week, Call of Cthulhu, and am learning Candella Obscura. That narrative style of game play has shaped my approach to my 5e games as well. I am a 46 year old cis white guy. I am also a therapist, parent and magic enthusiast (Tricks not the TCG, though I've played that as well). I am a husband and a parent and all of those roles help shape who I am as a person and as a GM. That therapist part means I have all clearances for my state and my background helps me feel comfortable working as a GM for teens, and families.
GM Style
As a GM I want you to win. But I also I want to challenge you. I want new players to learn and grow. I believe that New players and GM's are essential to growing in this hobby and keeping things alive. I run PG 13 most of the time, but give adults the space to say what's on their mind. I like to play a fun game. Don't mistake fun for funny. Fun games can be funny but they can also be serious, heartbreaking, or mysterious. I try to be fair. I try to stick strongly to the adventure as written. I'll honor most choices. However, there is an agreement here that you want to play the game I'm hosting. I will try to help anyone create a character that will fit into the world we are using.

This was a great experience with using "Starter Set''. Adam was patient with all our questions and inclusive in all discussions. He encouraged creativity during our adventure. The start up and rules explinaton were awsome and set the tone for the night. I left the game wanting more! Thank you

DM Adam was super knowledgeable about the game and explained the processes of a session 0, as well as explained the rules via having our group play the starter set. He also took a lot of the quests work out of our first game by having premade characters with cute and funky names ready for us to choose from. I had a great experience and was legitimately disappointed that the one shot came to an end. I feel much more equipped now to go forth and find a group to quest with. -Singwene

Adam is an excellent DM for beginner D&D players; he extended the session so we could all experience getting to the end of the adventure. Super patient and willing to explain the rules at the beginner level. At the beginning, he made sure he knew what we were all looking to get out of this first experience and, at the end, asked us if the mission had been accomplished. It sure was!
