Four years ago, a magical apocalypse known as The Mourning destroyed the nation of Cyre and the vast majority of it's people. Two years later, the shock of this calamity set off a chain of negotiations in Thronehold, the ancient capital city of the now shattered kingdom of Galifar. The result was the Treaty of Thronehold, a document that has bought a kind of peace and, many hope, a true end to the horrors of the war that have plagued the continent of Khorvaire. In the theocracy of Thrane, the people have turned away from the political leaders they knew in the days of their fathers and have instead placed their trust, and faith, in the Church of the Silver Flame. It's current leader, 12 year old Jaela Daran, stands as The Keeper of the Flame, acting as both the political and spiritual leader of this nation of over 2 million. With guidance from the College of Cardinals, the young girl must bear the weight of a nation upon her fragile soldiers. Yet no one doubts that she is the true Keeper, chosen by the might of the Silver Flame to lead the nation of Thrane into its future. Yet....the brighter a flame burns, the deeper the shadows it casts.... **An Eberron Adaptation** Silvered Shadows is an Eberron adaptation of the Curse of the Crimson Throne adventure path. Set in the Thranish city of Flamekeep, seat of the Church of the Silver Flame, the campaign is an urban adventure where your characters will rise from levels 2-12 as they navigate the political intrigues, urban unrest and factional dangers within Thrane's greatest city. **Your destiny awaits** - The Order of the Empty Throne has stood watch over the seat of Galifar's True King for one hundred years, patiently waiting for a claimant to ascend to the throne of a united Kingdom of Galifar. As the war dragged on, so to did the purpose of the Order wane. Now, its legacy reduced to a haven for orphans and the unwanted, it is a shell of its former self. And yet, a new series of faces will rise from the ranks of the Acolytes of the Order, ready to step into the radiant light of destiny.
