About Quinn

My name is Quinn and I love D&D! I played AD&D as a kid had so much fun home brewing adventures for my friends. I really enjoy a high fantasy setting and all the landscapes, creatures and adventure that comes with it. I play D&D online and I look forward to being emersed in the game even more by running games of D&D 5.5 as much as possible. I enjoy a game that has lots of high-stakes tactical combat, some clues and puzzles and a great story that comes to life at the table through roleplaying. I have spent a lot of time familiarizing myself with the rules but always feel that there is room for "The Rule of Cool" when the story demands it. My main interest and goal is FUN! I wouldn't love this game so much if I didn't have so much every time I played it. I really want to be your gamemaster and show you just how much I love playing a game of D&D by making your adventure come alive at the table.

How Quinn runs games

I really enjoy tactical high-stakes combat, living worlds with vivid details and story lines that grow organically through player choices and input and interesting skill challenges and puzzles that keep the game fun and dynamic. I enjoy voicing NPC's that connect with the party and offer opportunities for roleplay and immersion in the setting. Dungeons and Dragons is the system that I love and my goal is to show every player just how much I love it through enjoyable, rich and lively campaigns.

I do my best to add a voice that elevates the character, scene or setting and sometimes it's great! I likely will not win any academy awards :)

My ideal table is all about teamwork, having fun and the rule of cool. I want my table to have players that stay engaged and enjoy the story that ALL the players are telling. I enjoy a table that works together to come up with creative strategies to overcome tactical situations, puzzles and combat. I enjoy the structure that the official rules provide and always want rulings to be fair and balanced. My ideal table is open to all people, from all places and requires respect to be shown to every player.
