About Figi

I am a horror loving, fantasy driven player and GM. I love to dive into a character and the storyline, with proper world building. I am a lover of roleplay, and a dash of combat. I want to help create an immersive and safe environment for players to grow and explore. All rolls are good rolls. My experience is slightly novice, and I'm looking to explore! I am very comfortable with 10 Candles, DnD 4th & 5th, Vampire the Masquerade, and Shadowrun. Looking for easy going players and new players! Lets do a one shot!

How Figi runs games

I am a GM who prefers role play and then combat, I do not enjoy running dungeons as a player or a GM. It can be so boring if there is no group dynamic or team unity. Lore and world building is the fun part!

I prep by

listening to music and jotting down plots points the party could achieve during said session. I do not believe in railroading so the streamline of opportunities for the party to take are endless. Thus having my notebook full of 'encounters' is what helps me move the plot line further.

Figi's ideal table

My perfect table is players with theatre of the mind. Understanding that I am not Matt Mercer and I will never be. Players who have a healthy relationship with their character, and a good understanding as to what their role is in the party. My table's vibe is a safe space to joke, talk and have serious conversations with the right tempo. My players will understand the campaign is not a specific players story, its is the party's story. Roleplaying is an intimate thing, so having good table manners and healthy consent conversations is a requirement for those at my table.
