About Jeremy

Hey, I'm Jeremy! I've been playing all kinds of TTRPGs for about 15 years now. I enjoy the fantasy dungeon-oriented games like Pathfinder and D&D, but I *love* fast action systems like Savage Worlds. Teaching players new games is sincerely a joy for me. I'm secretly trying to increase the amount I game and am using the money from this as an excuse to do so. Onward!

I got started GMing...

as many of us do - running games for my middle school/high school friends when we were all too young to really go out to play. D&D was what we started with (3e/3.5e, though I played 2e for awhile *after* I got started).

My favorite books are

My favorite series is "The Witcher". My favorite of the novels in that series is "Time of Contempt" and my favorite of the short stories is "A Little Sacrifice". Other books or short stories that are important to me include: The Moon Moth, Fahrenheit 451, Eragon (and sequels), and probably more.

How Jeremy runs games

I really enjoy the fantasy dungeon-oriented games like Pathfinder and D&D, but I *love* fast action systems like Savage Worlds. As a GM I try to be the players' biggest fan. As the bad guys, however, I try to be a menace. That means rulings usually work towards building players up while hostile worlds try to tear them down.
