About Dragon Of Dice
🏳️🌈 Queer and Neurodivergent Safe Table 🏳️🌈 📖 All Levels of Experience Welcome 📖 🎓 Happy to Teach 🎓 💗 Safety Tools Always Included 💗 I've always had a deep love for creating fascinating worlds, epic tales, and situations for players to engage in and solve however they can. I promise to present you with sessions of engaging stories, intense moments, and dramatic moments as we experience the stories of these worlds and watch the character's stories unfold before our eyes. While new to SPG, I have been a part-time Professional Game Master since 2022. I have run over 100 sessions for my players, ranging from a custom-built solo campaign tailored for one to having up to six players enjoy a grand tale spanning years of sessions! Be it slaying (or Slaying ;D) a dragon, taking over a nation through skillful manipulation, battling evils beyond mortal comprehension, or fighting the very Gods themselves, I assure you that these will be tales to remember! I've been a Game Master since high school, running games for over a decade. I'm confident you and I will try to extend the session's length by as much as possible! I got started GMing...
I got started GMing back in high school with a group of my friends so that my GM could have a break. Over a decade later, it has evolved into something far more enjoyable than that teenage kid could have ever imagined! I deeply love TTRPGs and want everyone to experience the best this hobby offers!
My favorite books are
Some of my favorite books: -Deltora Quest, by Jennifer Rowe (Aka: Emily Rodda), which sparked my love of the fantasy genre when I was young and opened my eyes to a world of possibilities beyond my knowledge at the time. -Game of Thrones -Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy -Berserk
When I'm not running games I'm...
Usually planning for my existing games, building up new games, making new content for my players to enjoy, playing a video game to chill out, or just going about life, doing my best to do good in the world :D
How Dragon Of Dice runs games
Inclusivity & Fun Are rule # 1 Before all else, I want to ensure that everyone is having fun at the table and feels included! From backstory to epilogue, I'll do all I can to ensure your story is told, whether you're a Triumphant Hero, a Dark Villain, or even a Humble Craftsman (Custom Crafting Systems Included). Your choices will matter. Your decisions will hold weight. I Hold 3 Core tenets for my GMing: 1) Meaning From that simple interaction with Jim the Merchant, the brief encounter with an old friend, to the grand battle at the end of the story, every moment will have some meaning, be it personal or to the greater story. Everything will be foreshadowed, and nothing shall come entirely out of left field. 2) Pacing Rarely, if ever, will there be a moment that drags on. Combats are dynamic and interactive. Roleplay will almost always conjure some emotions within you. Exploration will feel dangerous and exhilarating. And never, ever, shall a shopping trip take the entire session (unless the group wants that). 3) Autonomy Your characters must have autonomy for your decisions, actions, or lack thereof to matter. While I may be your senses and the medium through which much of your interactions with the world are filtered, I will never decide for you. I may warn you of severe consequences, but I shall never force you to go one way or the other, even if it would lead to Character Death or your enemy/enemies achieving victory over you. You drive the story forward, and you have the power to determine what will happen in the end.

I deal with rules issues by...
Quickly determining: 1) What the rules are for the system, 2) what tells the absolute best story possible for my players, and 3) what makes the most sense based on the fiction at hand in the story!
My favorite trope is...
The BBEG! When I build a campaign, I construct it around a central Big Bad Evil Guy/Girl/Etc. that has their presence felt from the very beginning, which gradually becomes more and more apparent as the game continues on! In my opinion, nothing beats the payoff of the grand final confrontation!
My games focus on...
Conflict-heavy stories, ranging from the direct and physical to the cloaked and political. In my opinion, a good story even in the best slices of life, still needs some element of conflict for the protagonist to overcome, be it physical, mental, or even perhaps simply finding their joy in the world!

If you're into ___, you're going to love my table
Deep Worldbuilding, challenging but fair fights, getting awesome loot that makes you immensely powerful, and long campaigns fueled by carefully tailored narratives to place you at the center of the plot
I love it when a player
seizes the initiative and tries to pull out the corkboard and figure out the internal logic of the game they are playing. I place a lot of narratives in my worlds, some of which I hide quite well just below the surface. Players who "crack the code" and see the intricate web put a smile on my face!
I think it's a red flag when players...
I think it's a red Flag when players don't communicate with me. I make use of tons and tons of safety tools to try to ensure you always have the best game possible, and step one in that is communicating. I make every effort I reasonably can to open lines for communication. I ask the same in return.
