About me

Greetings, fellow adventurers! I'm Breckan (he/him), a 31-year-old "Forever DM" from Canada. I have been playing tabletop games now for over 15 years on and off, with a single dedicated group playing through several campaigns weekly for the past 6 years now. The majority of my experience is with D&D 5e, with some time dabbled in 3.5e and 4e, but I have experience with many other systems such as Pathfinder (1e and 2e), Star Wars Saga and Edge of the Empire (FFG), Vampire the Masquerade, Pokémon Tabletop United, and Cyberpunk RED. I bring my passion and love for games and storytelling to every table I sit at and hope to share that passion with both new and experienced players alike, and with a dedicated Foundry "table" hosted for my games, you can focus yourself fully on your own characters and your fun for the evening. All games I run are safe spaces for LGBTQIA+ and BIMPOC. Game sessions include: -A dedicated hosting server to run the Foundry VTT -Battle maps and visuals with custom player tokens -Integrated Discord server bots for dice rolls, music and atmosphere -An average 4-5 hour game time with a set break if requested by the party. Every campaign I run comes with a free Session Zero, which includes: -An introduction to myself and the players -A synopsis of the game system and the story to be played -A discussion of desired themes, focus, and limits for the game -Character and party conception and development -Setting Information and backstory details -A general Q&A for myself and the game we are playing -Schedule commitments and adjustments If you have any questions about anything you see above or don't, please feel free to contact me.

GM Style

My style as a DM tends to bend slightly based on who is sitting at my table. Above all, I strive to make an enjoyable game for my players, whether that be through heavy roleplay or challenging encounters, vast exploration or mind boggling puzzles. As long as everyone comes to the table with respect for each other and a desire to have fun, then we will get along well.
