About me

I am dedicated to fun and collaborative gameplay, whether that be with my homebrew D&D setting Aedreth or the gritty World of Darkness.

GM Style

When running any game, my primary focus is the enjoyment of the players. The game chosen will have its themes and moods, but ultimately I want to provide the players with a memorable good experiences. To me, this means collaborative narratives where the players and I work together to craft stories within the settings of the world we are playing in, and using the game systems provided to enhance those stories. So, while I will use combat and battlefield maps in D&D for the crunchier tactical combat many players want in their game, I always surround those encounters with a world the players' characters live in. In other settings, like Vampire or Mage, I rely on theater of the mind narrative and the wide reaching politics of the night to entrance my players. I build worlds for each of my games. I hope to have all my players exploring the vast possibilities of their characters within these rich worlds.
