About me
I am an LGBT+ DM that has been running tabletop games as a GM for ~8 years, with a long time of experience with Dungeons & Dragons, World of Darkness, and Pathfinder games. My specialties lie in narrative focused lore-heavy games with heavy character building elements, as well as high scope powered individual games like superheroes or other quite powerful characters. If you want a GM that's always open to communication, that's me! I love to discuss the direction of player characters and the game as a whole with every player at the table. If you like action and dramatic tension, then you'll enjoy my style of game. Some of my favorite games to run are as follows: D&D, Chronicles or World of Darkness, Pathfinder 2nd Edition, Exalted, and GURPS. I am open to custom game requests at any point of time, so if none of my games interest you please feel free to reach out! I will respond as soon as I can to all requests.
GM Style
As a GM, my style focuses heavily on character drama, motivation, and development. Though I can run games with less emphasis on such things, I always enjoy trying to help players get into the minds of their characters, as though they are in the world themselves and inhabiting the individual they play as. Even if a system offers crunchy tactical combat, I'll always try to include the element of characterization. I favor rule of cool where needed to allow narratively impactful moments to happen. I love building the drama of the game and setting, putting characters into tricky situations and working with the players themselves on how narrative arcs and character directions may end up going. Most of my games run with a sandbox-style setup, though I heavily utilize player-given backstories to supplement said sandbox. I always try to build webs of intrigue or drama for players to get themselves lost in a mess of. I do not utilize character voices or expect any such things for my games; Role play doesn't require the voice, it simply requires thinking about your character and how they'd feel in the context of the setting and scene.

One of the best Game Masters I've ever seen and had. Allows for player freedom and expression, and makes sure each player gets a chance to shine at the table. I always look forward to game night with them cause I just know I'll be ready to laugh at our antics, tense up with each battle and dramatic revelation, and experience some stellar worldbuilding and storytelling. I won't lie when I say that Buzz has inspired me not only as a player and person wishing to one day become a Game Master, but as a writer overall. They've masterfully incorporated player backstories into the narrative and makes it feel as if our characters actions have consequences, big and small or good and bad. Gyro Paradox
I have played D&D since 2018, both in campaigns as a player and running games for my friends. In all my experience, Buzz is by far and away the best Dungeon Master I have ever had the fortune of playing with. At multiple points in our games, I have found myself laughing until my sides hurt, stressed to the point of pacing the room, and genuinely shouting in triumph when we overcome an obstacle. As a player, I find so much joy and intruge in Buzz's stories that game night is often the highlight of my week. They have woven player backstory seamlessly into major plot threads, at multiple points leading to jaw-dropping revelations. As a Dungeon Master, I have learned so much from being in Buzz's games, it gets me hyped and excited to run my next campaign with all that I've learned from them! Buzz is a fantastic DM! They're the first DM I've had for a long running campaign and they are brilliant at weaving together a grand cohesive story from the various plot threads the players gave them, and incorporating everyone into the world very smoothly. Their storytelling style is highly player led, with continual discussion both in session and out about what is fun for us, and the story we want to have for our individual characters and as a party. Overall Buzz is simply a wonderful DM and I am very happy to have found them :)

Buzz is a GM who puts a lot of work into making complexed, layered story beats with consideration to player backstory. They're the best GM that I've had and definately run the most technically accomplished campaign I've been a part of. Their maps are detailed and interesting and they go the extra mile to incorporate lighting effects and spell effects/sound. Buzz is a great GM for anyone interested in games with layered intrigue, complete with character backstory integration and plenty of roleplaying opportunities.

Buzz is an excellent DM! I've played several games with them over the past 3 years and have never once been disappointed. They've been communicative, open to ideas and feed-back, welcoming to people from all levels of play, and just overall a joy to play with. I've played D&D 3.5e, Pathfinder 1e and 2e, and Scion with them thus far as well as having an upcoming World of Darkness game with them that I'm sure won't disappoint! Highly recommend.
