Hi all! I’m Emma, the Game Master behind Cozy Critical (formerly NerdFlux), a space where I hope to bring collaboration, cozy fun, and epic adventure together for people's enjoyment. Tabletop games provide a restful outlet that helps us disconnect from the real world for a little while, and I hope that my games can provide that for you! With over 7 years of experience playing TTRPGs and 5 years as a GM, I specialize in utilizing rich game mechanics to create welcoming games that blend character development, emotional fantasy adventure arcs, and hopefully the right amount of chaos and silliness. Between a professional virtual tabletop setup and my past experience leading fantasy games, streaming TTRPGs, podcasting, and performing theater, I believe I am well-suited to build something special at the table together. GM Style

Let's unravel a story together. I hand you the puzzle pieces to a tale and you arrange them together. I offer you challenges to test your characters and, in the most serious cases, determine whether they can brave the journey forward. I push your characters in combat to bring out the best of your gameplay. You step into my world and I offer the framework within which you become the hero. In short, I offer a balance between all aspects of a tabletop RPG experience. Combat - trivial, intermediate, and deadly, will constitute much of your hero's physical growth. Roleplay - mystery, self-discovery, and personal hardship, will encompass much of your character's inner growth.
