How Radek runs games
I love roleplay, sometimes if session is "talked through" by players between themselves or with NPCs i feel that i did a good job in creating an immersive experience for them. On the other hand I do focus on creating battles that can be exciting. Many times creating monsters or enemies on my own. During fights i love using terrain as a means for players to end fights faster (like a rope bridge that a leader of bandits is staying on while yelling threats towards party). I don't make all fights winnable though, sometimes party should lie, escape or pay so they won't have to face the enemies that stand on their way.
