My favorite books are
Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, and Eragon
My favorite shows/movies are
Wolfwalkers and Treasure Planet are the first two to come to mind, but so many are to good to properly compare them.
When I'm not running games I'm...
planning them, or creating new worlds and stories. I love giving myself character building challenges.
How Willow runs games
I like to run in depth worlds in which the story is of the players choosing and the world reacts to their actions, this keeps it feeling both alive, and personal. I'm also careful to keep track of personal preferences and boundaries to keep the game fun for everyone. My introduction and education of D&D has lead me to be somewhat combat oriented, but i love making lot's of interaction points for in depth roleplay, and partially due to my love of the story, rule of cool is and always will be me favorite rule.

I deal with rules issues by...
I try to decide what makes the most sense for the setting, party and play style. If I can't reach a clear conclusion myself, or my players disagree, I'll allow a vote to keep things fair.
Rules are...
a useful tool used to enhance the quality of play, consistency and logic can make the game more immersive, but the most important rule is always to have fun, all other rules can be bent around it.
When it comes to voices
I like to have a lot of fun, it's a bit scary which makes it hard sometimes, but I like to try my best to enhance immersion and help my players have some fun.

I love it when a player
Show authentic interest in the world and story.
I think it's a red flag when players...
Devote to one, destructive action, instead of leaning into their character as a developing person.
I think metagaming...
Is perfectly fine in moderation if it's what the table has decided is the way they want to play. Though I personally prefer roleplay and actions through in game knowledge.
