About Apollo
Hello Hello! My name is Apollo and I started my journey with D&D my sophomore year of highschool playing and DMing within Quincy's Tavern! Through that I've gained the experience needed to run games where people may not know each other, and bringing them together for a fantastic story!

I got started GMing...
Through tiktok actually, It started when I found a tiktok creator I really liked joined a discord server and was eventually exposed to the wonders of D&D. After that I just can't ever get enough and have since been a GM.
The three words my players would use to describe me are...
"Through, Puckish, and Retentive" - Chayse
When I'm not running games I'm...
I'm usually found playing video games, writing, making maps, or goofing off with the kiddos in my classroom, I'm always trying to bring at least a little laughter into my day!
How Apollo runs games
I run stories like living dreams! part myth, part nightmare, part confession. My tables are built for players who want to feel something: grief, awe, triumph, fear, and connection. I treat D&D as collaborative storytelling rather than a dice factory. Every character’s backstory becomes a seed that reshapes the world; every session deepens the tone, theme, and consequence. I reward curiosity and emotional honesty over min-maxing, and I love when players take bold narrative risks. You can expect: Immersive interactive worlds where your actions truly beget consequences, good or ill. Every city, every town, and village breathes a living history that echoes through the game. Every innkeep, questgiver, and even Bob the Guard remembers, the world adapts, and changes through player actions, where you become myths or legends, rumours or whispers. The characters you meet react accordingly, and as though they were alive. Loss, faith, and love are treated seriously without any falsity of melodrama Paced cinematically as though you were sitting in a theatre watching your characters play out, I blend atmospheric narration, sound design, and thematic music to turn your moments into memories for years to come. Here at my table you will play someone who won’t just be some other hero, you will play the Hero of Heroes, and others will see that too as I interlace, and weave decisions, and consequences across campaigns, tables, and timelines. Welcome to the Garden.

I prep by
Throwing on some youtube, listening to another TTRPG game, or just chilling in a voice call with friends while I set my keyboard on fire from typing away!
My games focus on...
Learning, I hold a deepseated belief in the power of storytelling. Whether it's learning about yourself through the most gut wrenching heart twisting roleplay you've ever been in, or you're doing something so crazy even the looney bin starts wondering what's up. There is always something to learn!
Rules are...
Guidelines, not law. They make sure we won't go off the rails completely but are made to be bent when time is needed
Apollo's ideal table
I do my best to run in many styles, However for most of games Combat takes a backseat over the roleplay. Players that crave feeling and emotional depth, alongside a sizable side of mystery and political intrigue will fit best within my games.

If you're into ___, you're going to love my table
Arcane, Warhammer 40K, or Tolkien
I love it when a player
Has NPC's from the backstory in a digestible format outside the narrative writing. Just saves on time!
My table is not the place for...
Min-Maxing, or bending the rules to absurd levels. (looking at the coffeelocks). Most of the time these will be banned from play but the occasional one shot may allow them.
