About Silver Saphire
I'm Silver. I primarily DM Dungeons and Dragons 5th edition games. I have been DMing games for 5 years now and have found myself to be fairly flexible with in home brew games. I am well versed in Faerun lore and have a couple of home brew worlds fleshed out and ready for games. I am also comfortable enough to run modules, though I do enjoy adding a few twists to make things a little more fun. (Fun after all is the priority)

I got started GMing...
After 2 back to back 2 year campaigns with friends, I played around with a few one shots and worked on some heavy homebrew world building as I learned Faerun Lore for fun. Ive been running games in those two worlds for a while now and they keep building and expanding in the best way.
How Silver Saphire runs games
If I can, I like to incorporate the player characters well into the games I run, and prefer a few pre sessions to establish player preferences and style. My games are heavy on magic and fantasy and more on the role play side with most combat having a connection to the plot or lore of whatever area is being explored. I like combat and choices to matter and have an impact in the game being played. I also love creative players who think outside the box so long as there as a strand of logic to follow that doesn't break the game. I'm not the type to say that a Natural 20 means you can do what ever you want but I do give the best possible scenario for skill checks that get crits, especially if it was gone about in a clever way.

Bring your creativity. I love running games of adventure and heavy rp with political intrigue. Battles are intense but have meaning and choices have consequences both good and bad. I set the world and the general plot but my players drive the story. Be prepared for High fantasy, rp drama and lots of player character driven plot.
