I have always enjoyed all sorts of board and video games. I started GM-ing just over a year ago. I first ran stormwreck isle and ended up adding alot of homebrew to the story to make it flow better and make it more interesting for my party. this is when I realized how much fun it is to write your own stories and we quickly moved onto our own campaign. at a similar time I had a few more friends interested in the game and ever since I run two bi-weekly games so one a week for myself and 10 players total. I most enjoy getting new players into the game and helping them learn as I think it is an amazing hobby and should be explored by more people! I am happy with all experience levels of players and would mostly strive for my players to enjoy our sessions. I'm looking to further my GM skills further by doing more games including exploring one shots as well as longer campaigns. I often am slightly rules lite and will allow for rule of cool as I believe this is more fun for the players. I like to weave character stories into my narrative and I enjoy longer narratives but within that I want my players to be free to explore the worlds I make at whatever pace they want and in whatever way they'd like to. I would like to fit in more games into my weeks and play more .

How cam runs games
I enjoy a good narrative driven story with breaks for side quests or for the players to wonder around the world I've made. I want to accommodate the players choice as much as possible always. I try to weave in backstories and make them as relevant as possible with my stories. I enjoy helping new players and want to get more people into the game. I like to leave small breaks for some more role play moments as well as giving some prompts with NPCS. I do enjoy the combat part of it and like to challenge my party using enemies that can poke holes in my parties weaknesses however I never want the fights to feel unfair for the party and will make them easier for new players. I like the party to feel like heroes and often stay to rules lite and rule of cool to aid with this as well as exploring the parties crazier ideas to deal with puzzles or get around enemies. I will try to accommodate to players to make the games as much of a fun experience as possible to everyone! I have found a system for traveling that myself and my previous parties really enjoy and will try at every table at least once to see if the party agrees! I will happily work with players so that their character fits into the story well and that they are enjoying the character, if they are not I am more than happy to make a new one with them. I will never restrict races/classes so everyone can play whatever they most enjoy!
