Hi, I’m Alex! I’m a Game Master and player with 7 years of experience across a wide variety of systems, though D&D 5e is where I’ve spent most of my time. I love creating fun, flexible games that balance roleplay, exploration, and tactical combat, always with the goal of making sure you enjoy your character and the story we build together. My style is adaptable: I can run serious, dramatic arcs or lean into lighthearted, comedic sessions depending on what best fits the group’s mood. How Alex runs games
I like to describe my way of DMing like this: The party is in a bakery. I bring in flour, sugar, and all other necessary ingredients to build a nuclear bomb and then step behind my little gm screen and watch what you guys do. When I GM, my top priority is making sure everyone is enjoying the game and feels connected to their character. My games can range from serious to lighthearted, depending on what makes sense for the story and the mood at the table. I give players plenty of freedom in character creation, encouraging unique backstories and concepts that tie into the world. I enjoy mixing roleplay, exploration, and combat, and I adjust pacing and tone so that the group feels engaged and immersed.
