About Hannah

Hello! My names Hannah and I have been running games for the past 12 years. I love new, unique indie games and the mechanics of game design. It's not uncommon to find me geeking-out about rulesets. In my day-to-day I run groups and I tend to bring that to my games by focusing on the vibes and energy of the session and working off that as much as possible. I am a big mystery fan in all media so expect to bring your red string for your corkboards. I try to hit a nice balance of silly fun and deep storylines so be ready to either commit to that bit or o in for an emotional journey. My settings are other surreal, cloak and dagger or a world on the cusp of crumble. I always keep the settings and rules of the game as written but always use original adventures and campaigns that I will design for the table. Some of media inspirations are Twin Peaks Shirley Jackson Novels Buffyverse Hitchcock (rear window, vertigo) Jane Austen A song of ice and fire Knives out Stepford wives I always put my players safety first, so while I tend to focus on dark settings and morally gray stories I use multiple tools in order to keep players comfortable. I want to give my players agency to speak up. And I always say "my world may be cruel but you the player don't have to be- let me be the harsh world so you can be something new."

How Hannah runs games

I love introducing players to new, indie and unique TTRPGS. That means I tend to obey by RAW so they can have the full experience. I love building immersive worlds with high stakes plots, unique NPC's and vast experiences. Expect to see a puzzle or mystery along the way that dice alone won't solve. I put RP first so that you can have an authentic experience. I like to set a scene then encourage my players to take agency and make the world theirs.
