About Chase Anderegg

Hey there! I’m Chase, and I’ve been deeply immersed in the world of tabletop RPGs for over 8 years now. I’ve been the GM for a long-running Dungeons & Dragons campaign that’s been going strong for more than 4 years (completed Lost Mines of Phandelver & currently on Waterdeep Dragon Heist), I have also run dozens of one-shots as well. I absolutely love the creative and collaborative storytelling that comes with tabletop RPGs. I’m especially drawn to crafting emotionally rich character arcs, weaving in layered worldbuilding, and designing puzzles and encounters that spark player engagement. Most importantly, I believe in creating a space where people feel welcome, heard, and included in order to have the best collaborative tabletop experience.

How Chase Anderegg runs games

My games are all about story, emotion, and player agency. I love crafting worlds that feel alive, places with deep lore, shifting politics, and consequences that ripple from your choices. As a GM, I’m big on roleplay and character development. If you’re the type of player who wants your character’s backstory to matter or enjoys emotional arcs and personal stakes, you’ll feel right at home at my table. That said, I also enjoy weaving in puzzles, mysteries, and the occasional moral dilemma, moments that challenge not just your character’s abilities, but their values and relationships too. I do like to run combat, but I like to give players non-lethal options as well. I do not like having lengthy combat sessions because it can quickly cause players to tune out and disconnect from one another. All of that said I like craft each adventure to the desires of the party! If you are interested in creating unforgettable stories together, I would love to be your guide!

When it comes to voices

I love doing voices for NPCs! I was a theater kid in high-school so I will take any chance to bust out a british accent to a southern accent. I also believe incorporating accents diversifies NPC interactions and create a more immersive environment for players.

Chase Anderegg's ideal table

My table is collaborative, story-focused, and welcoming to all experience levels. If you love roleplay, character-driven stories, and diving into mysteries, you’ll feel right at home. The vibe is supportive and inclusive: I make sure everyone gets a chance to shine and no one feels overshadowed. New players will find patience and guidance, while veterans will find depth, twists, and tactical encounters that keep them engaged.
