About TaijiDrewB

I started DMing before I ever got a chance to be a player. I had received D&D (3e) core books as gifts and fell in love with world building and storytelling with my friends and family. Soon after I was introduced to the Forgotten Realms setting and truly found my passion for the hobby. The FR 3e Campaign Setting highlighted a rich and immersive world I longed to be a part of, to explore the untamed edges of the world! I have been working to learn about online DM tools as well as getting up to speed with the newer editions and that has been a blast. I bring an infectious enthusiasm to each of my games, and I hope to spread my love for the Realms through wonderful stories for years to come!

How TaijiDrewB runs games

Narrative storytelling with emphasis on interesting/engaging characters (with voices and sometimes art) and their various dilemmas define my sessions. More or less combat & puzzle/problem solving focus depending on the group, though I do love to stretch my tactical sensibilities! I heavily encourage cooperative group dynamics and strive to always cultivate a welcoming atmosphere in my games.
