About Jonny
Hey I'm Jonny. I'm a tabletop enthusiast. I've been running Dungeons and Dragons, and more recently Daggerheart games for friends and new players for 4 years. I'm a kind and friendly person who is very passionate about the stories I can create with my players. I love heavy role play games and do my best to create tactical combat. I put a lot of time and energy into making sure everyone at the table has a good time, and cares about their characters.

How Jonny runs games
I am a friendly, go with the flow, Rule of Cool style GM. While I think rules do matter, I think the story, and what is being created matters more. I think collaborative world/story building is essential. I lean heavily toward role play, and I appreciate a combat that means something. I love a good mystery and the twists and turns that a good story can bring. I tend to lean in to what the players find the most fun. Whether that is diving deep into an exciting dungeon, or just a heart to heart around a campfire.

I like bringing joy to people through the stories we create together. I think if players are honest and tell me what they want out of a game I can accommodate anything. However, my ideal table would be more roleplay heavy. While random encounters do have their purpose I prefer combats to mean something. I

My perfect party mix is one where everyone is playing the character they want to be playing. I don't think there needs to be a traditional tank/dps/healer composition. You can always buy a healing potion.
