I ended up playing for far longer than I intended to almost entirely because I really liked the GM. I'm always the GM in my other games, so I can't say I have a lot of experience as a player, but as a GM of about 10-ish years I was impressed.

Logan Makes the most Amazing Sessions that i have ever played in Blades in the dark. he more then allowed me to make a character that i have always wanted to make and he "yes, and"ed me so much it felt amazing to see this character off the ground. if i could be let into all of Logan's game's then i would drop all of the ones im in to join if i had too. 10/10 would recomend.

An obvious professional. Perfect pacing, and thoughtful about what's needed socially for his players, and dramatically for their characters. Always very prepped, and excellent at making quick and fair rulings to keep the game moving. The kind of DM that makes you want to invest more into the game.

Logan's a great GM who was patient and thorough with teaching a new and complicated game to me, and was very good at keeping the group from getting stuck in the weeds deliberating, but where he really shines is the world building. Blades in the dark is a system where the enjoyment (at least for me) hugely relies on the world and the lore being built, and he was great at making npcs come to life through voices and descriptions, as well as making the story intriguing in a way that made me want to engage in exploring Duskvol, and throw my character into the action instead of playing more reserved. He obviously enjoys BitD and that clearly comes through, I had a lot of fun!

I had the pleasure of playing multiple sessions with Logan in his blades in the dark campaign. I highly recommend his games to anyone. These are my experiences of his GMing style Logan will actively work with his players to integrate their own ideas into the story. He is very good at improvising and gives his players maximum freedom to act within the world. He knows the rules very well and adjudicates them with great confidence but he is very willing to bend the rules in order to support a fun idea. He will challenge his players in a very fair and fun way and always sees to it that your characters victories are earned. If you are a player that likes to actively take part in shaping the story and experience maximum player agency then he is an excellent choice.

Logan made me feel welcome when I joined an ongoing Blades in the Dark campaign, helping incorporate my character idea and even letting me set up a short adventure for the group. I had a ton of fun playing under him, more than I usually do, and I hope to join him in another game in future!
