About Jay
๐ณ๏ธโ๐โง๏ธ Inclusive GM ๐ญ Narrative GM style. ๐ Incorporates player back stories. ๐ง โ๏ธHorror and Medieval storyteller ๐คก You'll get the funny (or creepy) voices! ๐ผ Music and Ambience incorporation. ๐ฑ Loves teaching new players. ๐ฅ๏ธ Can run on Roll 20, D&D Beyond, and Foundry Hello! I'm a GM who is entering his final year of college. In College, I worked as a leader in my games club to teach new players how to play. And now that I am leaving college soon, I would like to continue to work with new players. Which is, of course, where you come in! I want to give those first time experiences for everyone! First time playing DND, or your first time playing adventures! My preferred VTT platforms are D&D Beyond for the rules integration (and the unfortunate amount of money I and my friends have put in), and Foundry. I am also very familiar with Roll20, and have access to a couple other VTT's I may try my hand at learning and running so long as I can ensure my players don't have to spend a dime. As a GM, I prefer to think player first when it comes to my games. Playing a published module? I will ensure that the players are seamlessly incorporated. Playing a homebrew campaign? Well, then that will be much easier to allow the story to surround you. I also love to make the world come alive with an emphasis on the cultures of the setting. I love voices and accents in any of my NPC's and come from a theater background, though while I am in no ways a dialect master. So come, let's tell some stories and make some memories together! Best, Jay

I became a GM because
I love creating shared stories and seeing how people show themselves in those stories.
How Jay runs games
I am a true believer and player first. I have a story and combat, but the players are the ones that mold that. I am proud of the mix of both intense and interesting combat, as well as a strong narrative and roleplay sense. I love voices and characters and fleshing out every part that a character can interact with.
