About DM Scott S
I've been DMing since 1978, when I bought the white box set at GenCon. I love to game and believe that the story is the thing, more than any mechanic. The rule of fun is treasured. I have a genuine appreciation for creativity and innovation from my players. I've always run homebrew, and have maintained the same world for 45+ years. I prefer adventures that are complex, have a balance of the three pillars, and twist and turn and make you think. Everyone is welcome at my table, period.

How DM Scott S runs games
I love all aspects of D&D. I have a good range of character voices from theatre and forensics in high school, which I use regularly in role play. I give a great, detailed description of your surrounding when you're exploring. When it's time to fight, you can expect the monsters to display the intelligence in their stats in their tactics and decisions. I love to homebrew items, monsters, and other aspects of the game.
