Hello! My name is Gerard, and I’ve been playing the role of forever DM for about 10 years now. I originally took to the role because of my love for storytelling. I enjoyed writing, so putting together adventures for my friends felt like another way to explore that interest. I instead found it to be a far more fascinating medium of storytelling that relies on all involved parties to create a completely unique and emergent tale through cooperation and collaboration.

GM Style

I enjoy creating stories that are tailored to the unique characters my players bring to the table through roleplay. My aim is to immerse everyone at my table into a world they feel like they are a part of, and where their decisions have an impact on the outcome of their adventure. I like to have combat also serve this purpose when it occurs, with engaging fights that push the narrative just as much as a social encounter.
