About Darcy

I am a narratively focused GM whose main goal is to make sure the players are having a good time! I am just as happy with a serious brooding game as a goofy relaxed session. My main GM focus has been D&D 5e for the past 5 years. I love teaching new players and have been running a drop in public Library game for the local youth for 3 years. I am exploring Daggerheart and can’t wait to get into other systems as well!

Because I had a burning desire to play TTRPGs but nobody I knew had any experience. So I simply picked up the Starter Set and became the GM and never looked back!

How Darcy runs games

I have an equal love for roleplay and intense combat scenarios. My focus is always on the player experience, whether that’s developing and roleplaying an in depth NPC or running very descriptive high energy combats to keep everyone excited! My GM style is to focus less on the mundane and make sure everyone at the table can share some laughs and feel the drama.

My table style is a group who wants to have fun at the table through silly roleplay and big drama. I love a table who wants to have a good time, and enjoy the company of other people who share this amazing hobby.
